What are these strange tracks in the sand?…
Oh yea, it’s our new dinghy wheels…
Actually, for me, these aren’t much of a labor-saving device. I used to carry the back of the dinghy up the beach (the heavy end) and Cyndi would carry the lighter front. Now I play tug of war game and drag the thing up the beach by myself. I guess it’s a labor-saving device for Cyndi.
Kidding aside, they are really nice and I’m sorry it took us this long to get wheels. The final push was that every visible dinghy on in Bayswater Marina had these particular wheels installed. They work well. Today we used them to roll/drag the dinghy up stairs on to a wharf as there was no place to tie up in the water. -Rich
