When we tell people what we’ve been doing the past seven years, we most often get something like “Wow, you’re really living the dream!”
It doesn’t feel like it to me today. The to-do list is long and everywhere I look is a reminder of those pending tasks. Take this somewhat messy scene in our cockpit this morning…
Here’s what I see…
And it’s the same no matter where I look. Okay, I guess it’s the same if you live on a boat, in a house or even a tent. I guess there’s just always crap you have to do, but in my version of living the dream, there are only Pina Coladas, palm trees and endless white sand beaches. -Rich
