I was so shocked when I read this caption…
It was quite a big, surprise storm last night in Sydney, bringing with it misery and hardship for many – those without power, those stranded on flooded roads – but no suffering was more acute than that of this poor, drowned deckchair! Thank God the Australia Daily Mail newspaper was there to bring us this story!
It also looks like our hoped-for weather window may be sliding shut, leaving is stuck in Oz a bit longer. I guess we’ll have to try to survive on Homeland episodes and wine! -Rich
