We’ve had a couple of belts break lately, one after only about two weeks on the engine. I think this is because our spares stock is getting a little old and the rubber just isn’t holding up. Compounding this was the fact that the Yanmar water pump belts I bought in New Zealand looked about a hundred years old when I bought them. How old are your spares? -Rich
