Always Something New!

Well, almost always. This is a juvenile Harlequin Sweetlips (Plectorhinchus chaetodonoides) we spotted on a snorkel here near Gili Asahan in Indonesia.

And it’s not just underwater where we’re seeing novelty  – ChatGPT has changed and improved our lives in so many ways.  This is the original image taken from a frame of a bad video we got of the fish.

The unique thing about this little fish is the way it swims.

We also used ChatGPT to identify the fish. Here’s what it said about its swimming:
